My skin is clear but my arthritis is worse than ever
Being in this much pain makes me a real peach to be around too…I feel so bad for my family
This is how my past year has gone; compared to last year my legs are much happier! I stopped taking my methotrexate for a couple weeks so I had a few spots pop up but they are starting to fade again so that’s exciting!
I just thought I would update y’all with how it’s going! Feel free to talk to me any time!!
I joined zoom tan because I’m going on a cruise next month and I didn’t want to burn in the Caribbean and to help fight the psoriasis my methotrexate won’t get rid of and after only one 6minute session my skin looks SO much better! I can’t wait to go back again my ears haven’t been clear in years and now they look normal I’m so happy! Not to mention it’s only 10$ a month so it doesn’t kill my college kid bank account :)

When I first got there, no one was at the desk so I signed in and sat down. No one even acknowledged me for a good 20 minutes and then when they did one of the nurses said very sassy “oh she’s finally here” woman please I was there for 30 minutes don’t give me that attitude. (and that’s the one nurse I actually like) Then after another 15 minutes I go back there and they take my temperature and stuff. Then I got to wait another HOUR AND A HALF in the room by myself for the doctor. He walked in literally spent like three minutes with me, confused the hell out of me and then was like “k, bye! see you in three months!” are you kidding me??!?!?!?
You don’t even care I just had the worst strep throat/(possibly mono) of my life and that I was on an additional three prescriptions that effect my liver even more??
Also I needed to talk to you about things?? When I don’t have anything to say he spends like an hour with me but now that I actually need to talk to him he cant spend 5 minutes with me?

Dear fellow face psoriasis sufferers, this stuff is wonderful! I got it from target for like 4$ after the people at Lancôme told me serum is incredibly important to use before moisturizer and tried to sell me a 109$ bottle of it. Well my broke college kid budget would not allow that so I searched around an decided to give this a try, I’ve been using it for like 3 days and my face looks incredible and feels SOO good! I still have a little redness but its no where near how it was before! Hey anythings worth a try right? If you get it let me know how it works for you :) it’s Boots brand they have a couple different serums I just picked the sensitive one because I have sensitive skin but I’m sure the others are just as good!

Anyway have any of you had psoriasis on your lips? I noticed my lips were getting a lot drier and now I have a spot on my bottom lip it’s not flakey but its super rough and dry so I was just wondering if any of you have heard of it?

update.
I don’t understand how my legs look so good but from the waist up my psoriasis is only getting worse. I just went to the doctor and he wont up my methotrexate dose because my liver panel was elevated so yay. basically he told me to get out in the sun but that’s not helpful for my scalp also I found out have a bulging disc and degeneration in my spine. So things just keep getting better but I will post about my back later because that’s a whole other issue

This tropical storm pressure is seriously killing me my arthritis is in full force. Nothing I can do is helping :( and my dermatologist is going to up my methotrexate dose again ugh
